§ 90-4. Health and sanitary requirements.

No tourist camp may be established, maintained or operated in the Village of Floral Park except in conformity with all the provisions, regulations and requirements of the Public Health Law and the Sanitary Code of the State of New York and of said Article V of Public Health Ordinance No. 1 of the County of Nassau and any and all amendments thereof.
