§ 90-3. Permit from Health Commissioner.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Floral Park shall not issue a license for any tourist camp unless a written permit for such camp has first been issued by the County Health Commissioner of the County of Nassau in the manner provided in Article V of Public Health Ordinance No. 1 as ordained and established by the Board of Health of Nassau County.
