§ 90-2. License for tourist camp.

No person, firm or corporation shall establish, maintain or operate or conduct within the Village of Floral Park, any tourist camp, whether charge is or is not made for the use thereof, unless such person, firm or corporation shall have first obtained a license so to do from the Board of Trustees of the Village of Floral Park.
