§ 90-1. Definitions.

TOURIST CAMP — Is defined to be any lot, parcel or piece of ground on which are located or which is offered to the public for the location of one or more camp cottages, cabins or tents used or arranged to be used for the accommodation of transients by the day, week or month, or one or more trailers or house cars used or equipped to be used for living, sleeping or eating.

TRAILER OR HOUSE CAR

Is defined as any vehicle designed or equipped to be used, or used for living, sleeping or eating and designed to move from place to place on wheels and to be propelled by its own power or drawn or propelled by another vehicle.
