§ 90-5. Location in heavy commercial zone.

No tourist camp may be established, maintained or operated in the Village of Floral Park unless the same shall be located in the heavy commercial zone and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Floral Park shall not issue a license for any tourist camp unless the application for a license for such tourist camp shall specify that the said camp is to be located in the heavy commercial zone of the Village of Floral Park.
