§ 7-7. Licensing of alarm installation and monitoring companies.

A.
Every alarm installation company and every Alarm monitoring company serving customers in the Village of Floral Park shall maintain a valid Alarm License issued by the Village of Floral Park.

B.
The alarm installation company shall provide the name, address and phone number of any monitoring company that they are using to monitor their alarm sites within the Village and monitoring companies shall do the same for alarm installation companies that they monitor alarm sites for within the Village.
