| Former Ch. 85A, Terms of Office, adopted 4-1-1986 as L.L. No. 3-1986, was repealed 4-2-1991 by L.L. No. 3-1991, which local law also provided as follows: "Section 3. The terms of office of the Village Clerk and of the Village Treasurer that commenced on April 1, 1991, are hereby extended to April 5, 1993. To the extent that § 3-312 of the Village Law or any provision of the Public Officers Law provides otherwise, they are hereby amended and superseded in their application to the Village of Floral Park to permit these extensions." |
