§ 83-6. Creation; composition; terms.

There is hereby created the Board of Review which shall meet to hear complaints relating to real property tax assessments brought before it. The Board of Trustees and the Village Assessor shall constitute the Board of Review. The Board of Trustees may by resolution change the composition of the Board of Review to provide that a committee of the Board of Trustees constituting at least a majority of the Board of Trustees and the Village Assessor shall constitute the Board of Review. Members of the Board of Trustees appointed to any such committee shall serve for one year and until their successors are appointed by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
