§ 81-21. Permit.

Application for a permit to construct or enlarge a driveway shall be made to the Superintendent of Buildings and shall contain such information as the Superintendent of Buildings shall require, including a description of the proposed construction and its location. Such permit shall be issued by the Superintendent of Buildings. The Superintendent of Buildings shall direct the lines and grades, and the location of such driveways, but no driveway failing to meet the requirements of the preceding paragraph or § 99-21D(10) shall be permitted. The fee for said permit shall be established by resolution of the Board of Trustees.
