§ 7-14. Notification.

A.
The Alarm Administrator shall notify the alarm user in writing after each false alarm. The notification shall include a warning letter if appropriate or the amount of the service fee for the false alarm. The right of appeal to the Village Court under this chapter will be included with the notice.

B.
The Alarm Administrator shall notify the alarm user in writing and the appropriate alarm installation company or monitoring company by electronic mail 30 days before an alarm response is to be suspended. The right of appeal to the Village Court under this chapter will be included with the notice.
