§ 7-1. Administration; annual evaluation.

Responsibility for administration of this chapter is vested with the Commissioner of Police or designee. The Commissioner of Police shall designate an Alarm Administrator to carry out the duties and functions described in this section. The Alarm Administrator shall conduct an annual evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of this chapter and identify and implement system improvements as warranted.
