§ 79-1. Discharge of smoke restricted.

No person shall cause or suffer or allow dense smoke to be discharged from any building, stationary or locomotive engine or motor vehicle, place or premises within the Village of Floral Park. All persons participating in any violation of the provisions of this ordinance, either as proprietors, owners, tenants, managers, superintendents, engineers, firemen or motor vehicle operators or otherwise, shall be severally liable.
