§ 65A-2. Authority.

This chapter is adopted pursuant to Subdivision 16 of General Municipal Law § 103, which was added to the statute by the Legislature in 2013 so as to allow municipalities to make procurements on the basis of "best value," in addition to the existing "lowest responsible bidder" standard.
