§ 5-1. Position established; residency.

The position of Village Administrator of the Village of Floral Park is hereby established, and unless otherwise provided by resolution of the Board of Trustees, the Village Clerk-Treasurer shall be the Village Administrator and shall serve in such capacity at the pleasure of the Board of Trustees. The Village Administrator may reside within the County of Nassau.
