Chapter 50. Local Laws and Ordinances, Adoption of

§ 50-3. Publication and posting subsequent to adoption.

The Village Clerk shall forthwith upon adoption of a local law or ordinance by the Village Board, within 10 days after such adoption, cause the local law, or an abstract thereof describing the same in general terms, to be published in the official newspapers so designated by the Village Board and post the same on the signboard at his office.
