Chapter 37A. Contractors: Qualifications and Licensing

§ 37A-1. License required.

No person shall, within the limits of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park, engage in, carry on or work at the business of home improvement and/or contracting without first having obtained and paid for, and having in full force and effect, a license as herein provided.
